My normal routine is pyramid sets 3 times per week, while working 3 muscle groups per day, and one day of super setting. Four days at the gym out of the week for about 1.5 to 2 hours. School sometimes keeps me busy so maybe less.

Diet is 50% of body building. I see guys at the gym who work for three hours at a time, only to remain skinny. This is because they are not eating enough. I eat every three hours and drink about 3 protein shakes per day. The meals are small and consist of things like eggs, milk, steamed vegetables, fruit, brown rice, turkey, chicken, etc.

The flip side are the heavier guys who still eat everything. They can easily make their muscles bigger, but it's hard to tell under all the fat. That and they are still out of shape.

I aslo take about 5 grams of creatine per day.

Superman, If you want a good program I can design one for you. Having a Personal Trainer Cert is a good thing once and awile.. Just tell me if you want size, defintion, or sport specific..

ski, sure! Email a program that will get me some more mass. I would consider myself to be at an intermediate/advanced level.

think you could do the same for me, ski? Im a beginner as far as weight training, but used to do quite a bit of cycling & swimming when I was in HS -- long time ago. basically Im looking for a balance of strength, endurance & tone right now Im @ 175lbs (5'11" tall) and wouldnt mind putting on a few -- up to 200 but no more really, as Im more for the fit & tone side than the bulk
