What do you guys do for a living?

Me? I'm a full time student plus two research (clinical + laboratory) jobs on the side, and I work part-part time for an art dealer (talk about diverse functions). So that means that I get paid doing what my fellow classmates usually slave away for free with, plus I still get authorships.

Full time uni student (less than 12 weeks left!).

And I also work in an internet cafe a few hours a week. Thats where I am now.

I going on 5th month of unemployment. *sigh*
Nobody is doing any hiring in the area.

I used to have a desktop support position. I had started to train in customer service which would have centered around installing fiber optic networking gear. But telecom is kinda dead right now.

I've never received any complaints, and I have even gotten a few pieces of fan mail from people that I helped out. Our staff has never received anything but compliments.

Wait! I like Ikea furniture!! A lot of them have that very nice country feel to them. Tell me when there's a big nationwide sale going on.. I need a new couch.

I got a nice table top for 50 bucks at the Emeryville IKEA. It had a nick in the wood right where I wanted to place my monitor anyway. I bought a set of legs for it for 5 bucks and was good to go.

I work for my sister and brother-in-law doing pretty much everything, from reception to accounting to shipping to receiving to even a bit of telephone support as well as webpage design. I spent all day today trying to figure out our stupid taxes for end of month. God my eyes hurt!

I'm the general manager of a small financial company. We handle taxes, audits, loans, and a beevy of other stuff. Not the most interesting job in the world, but it pays very good, and I get lots of free time, although since tax season is drawing nearer I've had my hands full.
