So? I live 20 miles from the biggest fucking Primary Target of them all:

Washington, DC.

You think that is bad? In a real cold war nuclear exange I would practicaly live on ground zero of world war 3. I live in west-berlin. The preplanned meeting point for the three soviet corps that were supposed to take the city is less than 45 minutes walking from here. Beat that.

Not to mention that most of the french nukes were also aimed at eastern Germany.
