I got a question, since WEG no longer has the rpg license and WotC does, what do they say about how large an Executor is. Or is it even mentioned at all?

I don't know what WOTC says, but the current official length is 12.8 km long, the mid-point between the WEG figure of 8 km and the canon length of 17.6 km. While they're at least doing something to correct the 5 mile fallacy, I find it incredibly stupid that they just can't admit that they were wrong in the first place.
