In his latest whopper, the Evil Dick says that the free pre-natal testing provisions of the Affordable Health Care Act is designed to encourage abortions and reduce the ranks of the disabled in the country as part of an elitist plot based on...I dunno, forced eugenics or something. This falls right in line with his ludicrous, hysterical claim of the Netherlands euthanasia emporiums.
