Favourite Military Badges

Post by Admiral Valdemar »

After overlooking the main crests of the RAF squadrons, I just wondered what the best looking or personally loved badges or logos or crests were that you other military buffs liked.

Can be from any force and any part of that force.

This is my personal favourite, the squadron my dad used to work with at RAF Akrotiri in the '70s; No. 56 Phoenix squadron. The Firebirds. 8)

The motto (Quid Si Coelum Ruat) is Latin for "What if heaven falls?"
