Not at all. Only the "rubber" portion of the armor can be penetrated by such weapons. Stormtrooper armor is SUBSTANTIALLY harder than steel, capable of resisting a spear thrown with enough force to knock someone across a room easily.

At the front entrance of the bunker. The Rebels stormed the back one. Try to pay attention while you're watching the film.

If they were getting whomped, why didn't they call in support or at least detach an ISD to incinerate the area around the shield generator or at least called in aerial support?

Perhaps it was because the situation only became difficult for them (the Ewoks only sprung their trap) AFTER the fleet engagement had begun and Rebel forces in orbit would have been able to blast the shield generator through the gap that would have necessitated in the Endor planetary shields? Just a thought.

4) The bunker had absolutely NO defense systems.

Wrong. It was protected by blast doors and stormtroopers and light mechanized defenses. The front entrance was EXTREMELY well protected. Try to pay attention during the film.

You know, I looked at that in slow-mo, and it doesnt appear that Jango actually gets trodden on, bashed around...but not trampled.
He gets bashed up thoroughly enough to where it would be unlikely for an unarmored person to survive without reasonable injury.

It would have certainly spoiled most peoples day I think.

No kidding. That beast, if I had to guess, was 5 tons at the very least. For something wearable by a human to withstand that kind of weight speaks highly of the material.

Speaking of Stormtrooper Armor, just how tough is it? We know it can resist blaster fire to an extent and it lessens trauma, but how would it do against bullets?

It'd stand up to most small arms fire today. But once you get into heavy caliber weapons like heavy machine guns and heavier sniper rifles it gets questionable. Either way damn impressive stuff.

AT-ATs couldn't cross such cluttered terrain, they'd trip and fall over. Which is why it was basically confined to the landing platform. Hence, it is not availible to combat the Rebels/Ewoks.

Extremely well. Anti-tank weapons would penetrate it, but short of that small arms fire would be incapable of killing the stormtrooper, except with a shot to the rubber body glove, and through concussive force.
