Negative. Odo and Kira went on a date to holo-Paris in "The Sound of Her Voice," to celebrate their one-month anniversary. It was Quark's idea, in order to distract Odo so he could pull off selling some contraband to a known smuggler without getting caught. Odo knows about it the whole time, but gives Quark this one big deal as thanks for Quark's part in getting Odo and Kira together in the first place.
