PS, which episode did this take place in anyway? If it's 'His Way', then the 'date' was set up by Vic Fontaine anyway, in his quest to get Odo laid. Kira even said 'hey don't you feel silly having a date on the holosuite'.

Negative. Odo and Kira went on a date to holo-Paris in "The Sound of Her Voice," to celebrate their one-month anniversary. It was Quark's idea, in order to distract Odo so he could pull off selling some contraband to a known smuggler without getting caught. Odo knows about it the whole time, but gives Quark this one big deal as thanks for Quark's part in getting Odo and Kira together in the first place.

Perhaps the same holo-program? i guess all bajoran holo-programs are spiritual events and cardie revenge settings.

If it's Odo and Kira, perhaps they picked Paris to experience a culture different to their own? I tihnk this example would hold more water if it were humans from Earth going on a date to holoParis rather than Bajorans etc.
