An IP ban would do it. The problem is getting Kanos to remember to unban you afterwards.

Then you need more data. Take the following steps:

Gather more data by any means necessary. Long charts of numbers fill up space. Be extremely comprehensive.
Document your data-gathering procedure in exhaustive detail.
Derive the equations you use from first-principles before you use them.
Be sure to include an abstract at the beginning which states what you intend to measure, how you measured it, and what you concluded (yes, this is redundant, but as long as it's shorter than the full version found in the rest of the document, it's OK).
If possible, look for multiple theories which can explain the data and then try to determine which one fits best. Justify this choice in exhaustive detail.
Add engineering-style report sections like "Identification of Problem" before the report (explaining why you're conducting this experiment) and "Recommendations" afterwards (explaining what further research should be done, or what actions should be taken in light of this data).

Learn LaTeX and do some derivations of your equations. Those will take up half-a-page a piece easily.

*sigh* I spent my entire spring break doing research for a paper. 30,000 word MINIMUM on the children of Hosea in the Biblical book of the same name. Bad enough that it's that long, but the only good source I've found so far was written in the 1500s.

Ahem, bollocks. There is just as much work involved, its just of a different kind. We don't mix up cocktails of chemicals or hit a bit of metal with a hammer to test resiliences. We read tens of thousands of PAGES of material with varying degrees of relevance to the subject, establish a position on it. And have to ARGUE that position using supporting evidence all the while pointing out alternative arguments and methods and disproving them.

Yes lab reports are a bitch, but an essay is no less evil.
