You're either missing the point or distorting it purposely. Neuroscience and psychology can help us explain where the whole idea of "ethics" came from in the first place. Why do we think there's such a thing as "right" or "wrong" behaviour at all? That's the question which is answered by evolutionary psychology. Actually coming up with specific rules or principles is another question.

I've created a forum with rules, and if you don't like those rules or constantly agitate against them (or in your case, try to play martyr by race-baiting me so I'll ban you), then I'll ban you and I won't lose any sleep over it. Do you think I spend my waking hours worrying about how popular the forum is?
