For those who have not bothered to read the board policies before, please read them now. It became apparent that some people honestly did not know what they were. Clearly stated in the policies: "Some people think they can cleverly discourage administrative action by accusing the staff of abusing their power; this will not be tolerated."
Perhaps the fact that the staff did tolerate this behaviour for a long time made people assume that the rule was no longer in force. It's still in force.
