Theatre magnate David Mirvish has unveiled an ambitious plan to knock down the Princess of Wales Theatre and replace it with three high-rise condominiums he claims will be “unlike anything that has ever been built in Toronto.”
The plan, overseen by famed Toronto architect Frank Gehry, was outlined in a letter released to the media Sunday.
