(light) Jedi Battle Armor and New Character

This is from the official site.

1) New character: Durge, a bounty hunter who hates Mandalorians. He was in some sort of hibernation during the events of AOTC and presumably for quite a while before that. Dooku hires him to replace Fett as his right-hand man.

2) Anakin with light Jedi battle armor and communications gear.

I think the one thing I oppose the most out of those action figures is Anakin's huge donut hat. That's just silly.

Yeah, I'll just go ahead and chalk that up to the limitations of the medium. It's probably supposed to be a thin(ner) metallic band, similar to Obi-Wan's starfighter headset.

Maybe the helment is a vain attempt to recreate one like in ROTJ on endor.

Without a top? Seriously, I think it's just supposed to be a relatively small headband, but with the plastic, they can't make something that thin without kids breaking it.

That's reportedly the Mandalorian insignia. Non-canon, of course.

Anyway, even if the rest of his suit looks bloody stupid, the jetpack at least makes more sense. Having the nozzles out at extremes like that makes for better maneuverability and less danger of catching his ass on fire if he happens to fart.

But it looks exactly like the thing on Boba Fett's shoulder armor.

Unless it's just a cool looking symbol with little real Mandalorian meaning.

They should have just made the headband part of his head. It'd look much better.

I disagree with the notion that he will be a cool character. His motivation is destroying Jango's clones because he hates Mandalorians. That's pretty weak.
