Well I don't have a microphone, but I found some old recordings of my voice from some projects back in high school. This one was for a commercial I did. It started off with a shot of The Thinker, then I said, "Tired of the same old shit?" It was an ExLax commercial. :)

Enjoy.

Thanks, Kel! It's weird, though--only XaLEv's worked. Not sure why, but...yeah.

Thank you for doing that for me, though, babydoll.

Mine are MP3s, Valdemar's are WAVs, and Roby's is an Ogg.

Guess Angelfire is picky. :?

EDIT: Dalton's will at least show up after a fashion, but AV's don't seem to be there at all.

Just like my friend Scott who lives in Utah!! :D

Oh, that doesn't really help, does it.... :P

You also sound like this fabulous friend of mine who lives in Albequirky...

Oh, that probably doesn't really help either, since that's you.......hmmm...

You have a wonderfully beautiful tenor speaking voice with no accent of which to speak of that warms my heart every time I hear it. How's that?

I have several wav files sitting around my computer from various projects and just fun things I've done. I've collected some of my favorites together into a small little portfolio sample set. ;)

Here it is

Also, if anyone cares, I've done some voice sets for Baldur's Gate/Baldur's Gate II, mostly because I got fed up with the absolute lack of good player voice sets in BG1.

Not at all!

Zaia has a very sweet, quasi-alto voice, with a semi-southern accent. Just soothes the soul, yaknow? ;)

Yes, that's exactly what I said.

See the difference yet? o O

It's not quite alto.. pitched higher, although I forget what the name is.. somewhere lower than a male tenor...

And semi-southern, meaning something else mixed in, but not northern and not sure what..

Mezzo Soprano, Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Barritone, Bass. Alto is higher than tenor. So you're saying she's a baritone?

Well, you have a typical Mich-i-gan accent which I find so sexy. Mmmm, you're a barritone too.

I tend to pick up a Michigan accent whenever I go and see my relatives there.

I have the unimpressive accent of a New Mexican (suffice to say, I have no accent).

Hmm, as for how I sound like, I sound like my father when recorded. Now, as for how he sounds like, he sounds like me when recorded. Though not recorded we sound different, but mix around the same lower range of tone.

... does that help?...
