Which superhero could the world really use?

Iron Man would never sell his weapon technology, or any of his technology incorperated into the IM suit, because they might be used to hurt people. There was a whole saga called the Armor Wars where Iron Man flipped out and started taking out villians(and heros) who were using his stolen technology.

I trawl through all that religous piss for 3 pages to post "The Tick!" and find someone beat me to it by about 3 posts! AAAAARRRRGGGH!!!!

The ULTIMATE super hero has always been The Silver Surfer. He looks good, has no intrest in wiping us out, has the power of a million exploding suns in just one eyebrow and flys around on a surfboard. Wow!

I remember reading some Marvel comic years back where some fat alien dude came down to earth and kicked 7 shades of shit out of The Civic Minded 5 and almost all the marvel heros combined, and was only stopped when Reed Richards or some similar smartass had the good sense to call Silver Surfer to lend a hand. He flew in, fried the poor sap as he pleaded for his life and then buggered off back into space without even looking back. Left the other heros sitting licking their wounds and looking through the jobs page of the local paper. What a guy!

Well if you think about it, his improvements on the Beta Particle Generator are what saved Stark's company. He might sell that to us, and it provides nearly unlimited enegry.

Baby Kal El is rocketed to Earth in 1935, but instead of Kansas he is found in Moscow. So he is brought up by the KGB and set against the U.S.

The comic cover says something like, "Truth, Justice and the American Way? No thanks, Comrade..."

He did in teh Ulitmates when he discovered that he was dying and after Nick Furry bacame his friend. Who knew that that would happen this early in the series' run?

Given the constant reconstruction and speed at which they go at...nothing amazes me in Ultimate(anything)

Spidey is already meeting Eddie Brock and Venom so why not.

Ultimates started out decent on some regards...but fell for the common every restart does....speed up to something resembling the modern era, hell I'm amazed Ultron is 17~18 yet in Ultimates.

Yeah, but the reason why Spidey has already met Brock is because the Stupid Masses(tm) decided they absolutely had to have Venom, even though Bendis is on the record of calling Venom "Crap".

He's done pretty well, for a charecter he has such a disdain of.

Yeah that I wll give credit too...still amazed Marvel wants to shovel everything into Ultimate Spidey given it too how many issues for him to become Spidey.

[rant]I just cannot stand how Venom is some buddy of his...why do they need to know each other in any other capacity other than peers of sorts[/rant]
