I love the Final Fantasy series. Of them all my favorite is Final Fantasy 3, which I think is actually 5 or 6 in Japan. It had a great story and excellent music. I've beaten five of the series so far. :P :P

I think I've played and/or beaten: FF1, FF2, FF6, FF7, Ran far away from FF8, and FF9. I've only played FF10 for a few hours, on a friends file.

Also played FF Tactics, LONG LIVE THE SQUIRE! Although I personally love the Dragoons, jump for the moon!

I've played most of them, though I've only beaten 1 and Tactics.

I've played ROMs of 1 through 6 (yes, FFII, III, and V were unreleased over here initially, and FFIV and FFVI were retitled FF2 and FF3, just to clarify), and own FFVII through X. I've played each for at least an hour, almost beat FFVII once, and I'm into the 2nd disk with FFVIII.

Yeah, FF3/6 is definitely one of the very best FF games...almost the best RPG ever, but for me that prize goes to Chrono Trigger.

Me too. Final Fantasy is a great series. 6, 7 and 10 are my favorites.

Oh, today FFX-2 was released in Japan. Only a year to wait until I can get that in Europe... :(

You could always import it. Not that I'd enjoy a game where they talk in Japanese, but it takes all kinds.

I can't stand Final Fantasy (Tho oddly enough I really enjoyed the movie)

And yes I have played em. I beat 7, and 9 and got through a big chunk of 8. I just don't see what is so great about the game...gimme Baldur's Gate 2 or Planescape Torment any day hands down.

Real shame I never got to play that. It was a SegaCD game, right?

HERE! :)

I'm the only person to write a Star Wars/Final Fantasy (any number) crossover fanfic that I know of, as well. 8)

I *used* to like Final Fantasy. But, I hate it past 7. I don't like the way they've made the characters so... realistic. I love the comic characters. FF6 rules! Locke is my favorite character!

Do you mean comic as in visual, or in personality?

Then you may want to check out FF9, the characters have something closer to that super-deformed look of the SNES Final Fantasies.

I've played Lunar SSS and found it to be surpisingly so-so. I was expecting a LOT more. I'm not much for GameArts.
