Yassee, meddling in the affairs of quite a lot of countries might have that effect.
:wtf: Are you not capable of being civil when discussing people using a superpower as a punching bag in political debates? And where did you get the idea that I'm a Rightist?
So are the uber-leftist media (?!) merely more racist than "typical" Americans or is it part of their plot to make America look bad in the eyes of the world?
Neither, it's part of them sucking-up to their globalist European masters and them being hypocrites.

Don't forget that FOX news, that bastion of truth and democracy, doesn't have European masters.

It has an Aussie one!

Uh. sorry about that, by the way. Sincerely, Australia.

Well, there is jealously. People are naturally jealous of the biggest and most powerful nation.

There's also the fact you're currently the biggest fucking hypocrite. "All men are created equal", unless they're not American, in which case it's OK to detain indefinitely, torture, or kill without trial.
We actually also detain child 'people smugglers' illegally, but we're not as big as you, so we're not as big a pack of hypocrites.

There's the way you go on and on about the 'threat' other nations pose to you, like North Korea, who couldn't pose a threat if aliens came down and gave them a mega-death ray.

There's the interfering with other countries. The current regime in Iran. The propping-up of Israel. Iraq. How's that going, by the way? 37 dead in a spate of car bombings, but at least it's now safe for FREEDOM!

What are you asking for? Evidence that the US does things to piss people off? You don't have to look far. Evidence that the US is deeply and personally responsible for every fucking thing wrong with this planet, starting with the mass extinction of dinosaurs? First show us where we said they were.

I don't know, is it civil to verbally defecate in public like you do, rightard? I just wanted to make you feel at home.

Another thing, what's it with obvious rightards being so reluctant to identify as such? The liberal, atheistomuslim jewish, european, homosexual conspiracy must have stolen their guts, their balls and their spine. They do go for quite hefty prices on e-bay since they're all unused I've heard.

Last time I checked Bill O'reilly was in no way a "leftist", neither was George Bush, John McCain, Mitt Romney... What I'm trying to say is that most of the morons on American news are not "leftist".

Are there idiot lefties? Sure every political block has it's share of morons, but unfortunately those on the "right" side of things seem to have the majority of them right now.

Also someone correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't "uber" mean above or over in the contexts which it is used above? If so goddamn it yet another person who thinks that prefix means "awesome" or some shit.

One, I'm not denying that America has a lot of morons in politics, and two, I am using "uber" properly here: most of America's media is far beyond Left. (Yes, uber can mean beyond, check Google Translate if you don't believe me)

Please do provide illustrative examples of how far-left America's media is, especially compared to your dreaded Europeanists. Start with FOX News, since you seem to think Murdoch is one.

The OP's question at hand insinuates that the United States is unfairly singled out for its immoral deeds. Without some kind of standard or measurement which to base that claim, this question is really, really stupid. I'm not the only one who realizes this, right?

Darth Herobrine, legitimate criticism and pointing out mistakes and wrong-doing of a nation is NOT "bashing" that nation. Far too many Americans think anything other than ass-kissing worship by the rest of the world is "bashing". It's not. The US has done things both dumbshit and downright cruel over time (just like any other nation) and it's time for the super-patriots to grow the fuck up and admit the US is nowhere near perfect.

This thread was started in all seriousness. As to being far-right, I despise the polarization in American politics. Also, the ones posting inflammatory remarks were Flagg, trainwreck, and Stark. There have been very, very few (like, one I think) positive remarks on this thread and I'm trying to talk some sense into these people.

Legit criticism I can understand, but ignoring the good America has done and ignoring the wrong doings of far worse countries is downright aggravating. I'm a patriot, not a nationalist.

I have provided a benchmark: Britain, but nobody seems to have noticed.

It's not that anyone hasn't noticed. It's that numerous people have pointed out how inadequate your benchmark is. Imperialist Britain (or at least as Imperialistic as they were back in the day) no longer exists. American immoral acts are still occurring every day. And that's just one of multiple flaws with your supposed benchmark.

Whether this thread was started "in all seriousness" is irrelevant. The question provided is really stupid and, if you haven't noticed, this is a place where stupidity does not go unnoticed.

Define your question, Darth. If it is literally "Why do people love bashing America?", asking for reasons, well they've been given, your question is answered, you may now thank us.
If you believe the US is as white as snow, answer the allegations posed here.
If you honestly think that the US is blamed for 'all the world's problems', show where, for random example, the US has been blamed for the poor state of Australian Aboriginal health.

I've got to go, but if you're not still here when I get back, I'll quite understand.

Okay. So I assume you have statistics on how often the United States has been criticized in comparison to how many times say Britain or other countries have been criticized? Do you give different weights to the severity of these criticisms? Do you include all sources of criticisms in your analysis (internet communities, denunciations from international leaders, etc.)? How do you sift and filter through criticisms that are mirror copies if they came from an online source?
