McNum wrote:"Still more fighting" is one of my favorites. It's a goog combination of instruments.
"One Winged Angel" (Especially the orchestrated version) is probably the best final boss melody ever. It just sets the style up perfectly.
"Aeris' theme" is one of the better ones, too. I like it for its simplicity.

Speaking of powerleveling... Barret + Missing Score + 4X-Cut + Mastered KoR = 39,996 per turn
Dammit, how can I forget One Winged Angel?! Arrgh, I also forgot the Weapon attack theme against Junon.

Pfft.
Mastered KoR + X-Summon + 3 characters with high magic + 3 Mimic = Something like 280,000 damage per turn. :P

Much more than that. It is enough to kill Emerald in two turns and he has about one million hitpoints. Powerleveling is too easy anyway. For challenge, try killing Emerald and Ruby without KoR.

Oh, and best song in FF7 is Turks theme.

Hey, fuck you too Utsan. Point out EXACTLY where I said my opinion was law, and that everyone agreed with me.
I thought Troglodytes like that couldn't type on their own, and had to use other people to get their infantile, anti-Aeris ranting online.
I type fairly well, idiot. And I have my qualms with the character. I disliked her use in battle, which was overshadowed by the other chars. I also disliked her happy-go-lucky additude (she lives in Midgar for chrissakes, and shes even prancing around when the city practically exploding around her!).
Serriously, what the fuckitty fucking fuck? Did you just not like her because you were to busy staring at Tifa's rack? You make me sick, you little ho-bag.
For the love of fuck, are you some sort of Aeris worshipping clansmen? Dig your fucking head out of you ass and realize that YOUR opinion is NOT law. I don't have to agree with you, and you don't have to agree with me. I stated my opinion that I hated her, and you come in here getting your panties in a twist, becuase I insulted your beloved FICTIONAL CHARCATER from a video game. Boo-fucking-hoo, cry me a goddamed river. I'm sorry if you're too close minded to relaize that not everyone thinks the same as you.
Apologies are not acceptible. I have now willed cancer upon you with my mind.
Well excuse me for even trying to make amends. And don't worry, the feeling is entirley mutual, ass.

Something that is "Much-hated" often implies that it's hated by many people. That, or it's just to express an extreme, fanatical hatred.

Thank you for acting like anyone who disagrees with your need to foam-at-the-mouth with loathing for a fictional character (and subsequent grovelling apology and retract for your opinion) is a fascist 'opinions=law' moron, while you are some kind of champion of freedom of speech.

I never said you had to agree with me either, I just took the opportunity to express retaliation, even if I wasn't totally serrious. I mostly responded using excessive, abusrd profanity to get a suitable foaming-at-the-mouth response out of you. Go ahead and hate her with all your heart. Go on, I know how important it is to you. I really don't care if it bothers you that much.

Well than by all means, let me clarify. I hate her character.

Puh-leeze. I made a ten word response that I disliked her character (harldy expressing fantical hatred, for sure), and YOU came in foaming at the mouth with fantical rage about my preferences, like I'm not entiltiled to my opinion. And excuse me for not trying to piss people off. guess its just in my nature.

Emphasis mine: Thank you for admiting that you posted flamebait to piss me off. Wonderful trolling, really.

So far as I have seen, there IS no Terra Theme in Final Fantasy VII. Which might have a little to do with it... :D

I think he is referring to the FFVI Overworld theme, also known as "The World in Balance", iirc. OverClocked Remix has some kick-ass versions of it, especially of a few variations titled "Terra in Black".

Totally kickass, I must say. :D

I know what he's talking about. The Terra theme should've been Awakening, since that's what they play most around her, but I digress.

And "Terra in Black" is very good. I downloaded it tonight, and in the words of Darth Vader, "Impressive...most impressive."

I liked Hymn of the Fayth in FFX and of course One winged Angel in FF VII.
Devolution is quite as natural as evolution, and may be just as pleasing, or even a good deal more pleasing, to God. If the average man is made in God's image, then a man such as Beethoven or Aristotle is plainly superior to God, and so God may be jealous of him, and eager to see his superiority perish with his bodily frame.

Terra in Black is one of the coolest remixes I've ever heard. GA Ancaris implored me to listen to it...so when I got several seconds in (those of you who have heard it know what part I mean) my eyes went wide and my jaw dropped to the floor.

Really good music.

Utsan, Gnome: Shut it or take it to PM. Any more flames and I split this thread.

Guitars ina Terra Theme = Really cool.

Not to mention the horns, that nifty bells sounding thing, and the rest of it. Probably the single best Remix I have ever heard, and I've heard quite a few. And, best of all, it's an MP3. :D

Hm ... "Terra in Black," eh? I'll have to look into it. Don't suppose you could upload it to my FTP server, Dalton? I'll put up a few more albums if you do. :)

Put some work into it, boy! It's at Overclocked.org. Go find it! Turst me, it's well worth the effort, and the effort makes it that much more sweeter when you get it. :D

Wow, very cool remix. The last minute or so with the harpsichord (I think that's what it was) is very cool. The only problem is that it's 128kbps, and a lot of the high notes sounded like pure ass on my speakers, and they're not even a quarter of the way up. Don't suppose someone has an uncompressed master version? :)
