Generations was pretty bad, I had always hoped Kirk died of old age, call me crazy but there was something about him that was always one step ahead of death. my fictional irk quote.
"For the longest time I cheated death, always keeping a step ahead of him, and after all these years I thought I had finally outran him and left him behind. But death is a patient foe. The only thing he needs to get you, is time..."
How exactly did Kirk die?

In WoK he had to actually face death. He had always cheated it before, but with Spock's death he had to face it for the first time.Darth Fanboy wrote:Generations was pretty bad, I had always hoped Kirk died of old age, call me crazy but there was something about him that was always one step ahead of death. my fictional irk quote.

It would have been nice that he went out with some more meaning even if it was the same goal, and had referred to that, except this time being on the other side.

I think it would have been better for Kirk to disappear into legend. Like if we took the ending that was suggested where he took control of the battle section of the Enterprise-D, but added in a scene, after it was destroyed, of how a shuttle was missing from the debris detected, and a residual ion signature was found. When the recovery teams ask if they should investigate, Picard would say, "No, I think that's one mystery we should leave unsolved,"(or something like that) and look up at the sky. The End.

"Captain's Log... I defeated the Klingons, and managed to escape in this shuttle... I thought I'd left a pretty clear trail so Starfleet could... rescue me, but it seems.. they were too stupid to... even do that. Damn this 24th century... it seems I'm doomed to... asphyxiate in a fucking shuttlecraft."Baron Mordo wrote:I think it would have been better for Kirk to disappear into legend. well since all E-D shuttles seem to have warp drive and are long range capable Kirk could find some planet with some pretty women and live a long relaxing lifeUraniun235 wrote:"Captain's Log...
