Black DOD flights were ended by the fallout from STS-51L, almost a decade ago. Civil Shuttle--the only kind left--has never had much of a point and DOD Shuttle was such a boondoggle that the DOD was glad to be rid of it.

Do you have anything substantive to add to this thread or are you going to sit there and fling sewage like a manure spreadder?

I have heard from both CNN, Fox, and the local paper that it is NEXT fall, not this fall.
