Let's just say that even I won't watch that show. I have never met a family like that in real life. Most PKs are hellions. Right, Cy?

Besides, I've played violent video games my entire life, and I'm relatively well-balanced. A bit of gallows humor here and there, but I'm no sadomasochist or serial killer or anything like that. I agree more with the "releasing aggression" camp than the "breeds agression" camp.

Yep, nothing like letting out energy by conquering a galaxy, and then masturbating to porno vids afterwards.

Actually, I get "touched by an angel" all the time. She even bore my two children.

Of course, some people prefer to pretend that they're being touched by imaginary angels; when I was in school, we called this "masturbation".

I saw about the last half of that episode. Kinda wondered if I would see something about it here. Now, in it's defence, it wasn't just "DONT LET YOUR KIDS PLAY THIS IT WILL RUIN THEIR LIVES OMGOMG!" They did specify that you should restrict your kids to games which are appropriate for them, and to "read the label".

The show was still bullshit, but it wasn't as bad as it could've been.

The whole "violent video games will make you violent" thing seems like the same bullshit they used with RPGs. Some people look for the first and easiest scapegoat they can find and run with it. What was around before violent video games? Violent actual games. A small boy can turn anything into a gun if he wants to.

Touched by an Angel was the show that pandered the MOST to the masses out of ANY TV show on the face of television history. That show insults other religions but keeps Christianity in some good light and says more things that the public would chew on, it never takes risks.

Just an episode back, the angels held back an archaeoligist from completing his life's DREAM, by finding the Ark of the Covenant. What's worse is that the same archaeologist just accepted it, out of nowhere.

The only reason it was a popular series was because it contained "God" and "angels" in it, "saving" people, as usual. ;/

I've also played violent video games, watched R rated action movies, played paintball, in addition to using and having easy access to evil assault rifles, handguns and scoped rifles. To that I can also add being bullied at school. And yet the only thing I've killed are deer

Still, my biggest rant of anything in this would be responsibility. Just say NO. What the fuck. Shelter your god damn child. Protect them from the obscenities of the world!!! Do what Wong did, teach the little bastards right from fucking wrong. Holy shit, is it that god damned hard. I grow frustrated more and more by the world wanting others to do thier damn job for them. That's right, save the masses from thier ignorance, and this sort of message is the epitome of it all.

Well come on. Indiana Jones already found it 70 years ago, and look what happened. :)

Wonder if the anti Nazi ray effect would work on the Talaban?

That show seriously needs to be canceled. Especially after they had an episode where an angel gets talked into taking ecstasy. Let me say that again: An angel.gets.talked.into.taking.ecstasy.
