What's especially sickening is that nothing really seems to have changed after the suicides, perhaps not surprising when you consider how conservative the area is (I think it's in Michelle Bachmann's district). I read an article on it a while back, and the students at the high school were still incredibly homophobic and bullying of gay/lesbian students. It does not shock me at all that they would bully and mock a local woman who performed in porn.

I tried to a Google search see if there were any sources on those other suicides and did not see anything

The two regions are not too far apart as far as I can tell. . .One is northwest of the twin cities (but considered part of the twin city region) while the other is east of the twin cities (but also considered part of the twin cities region.)
