I keep getting a message about 'secure and nonsecure' items on the board, whenever I open a window. How do I get it to do away?

"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. The message is accurate; there is both secure and insecure content on a typical page when you go through the SSL connection, since not everything is encrypted. Nobody knows why IE considers this such a mortal sin that it produces an error message which can't be turned off.
