I say we could certainly done a hell of a lot worse than Obama. Maybe once congress actually starts functioning normally again we can get a progressive president who can actually do most of what he planned to do.
I shudder to make a +1 post, but that's pretty much exactly how I feel, yeah. I think the guy was the best choice we got at the time and that he really tried to eat as much of that shit sandwich as he could, but gagged more than we hoped and thought he would and had Congress slap it out of his hand a bunch of times. I hope that the next guy can eat more.
