I'd say Lama Su. Sure, Palpatine brought order to the area he ruled, but so did Hitler when he took power. Amidala is hot, but not when wearing all that makeup that makes her look more like a life-sized porceilan doll. I'm not sure about the others, since I really don't know them.

As to this deabte, I would ahve to go with what I had picekd when I originally did a servey of "Who would you like for president?"

LEt me try ot think of who I had in the running...

Napolean, Stalin, Hitler, Alan Keyes, Cthulhu... There were a few others, but you should ge thte basic idea.

Cthulhu won, with around 60% of the vote, the rest going to either Stalin, Keyes, or one of the other candidates. I think it might have been Ventura, but I'm not sure.

My vote would go for any Culture Hubmind or GSV Mind. Probably not a GCU ( Grey Area comes in mind - e could use the functionnal parts of eir personal museum on eir political opponents

), and by no means a ROU, LOU or GOU.

Not only would e bring us Culture level tech, but e would be an awesome leader, with hyperbright level consciousness, and this kind of Mind is fond of us, the mortals.

Definately the best leader you can imagine ( except e would laugh at our societies, and quickly rise a new, perfect social order... ).
