If my school required me to participate in a moment of silence, you can bet your ass I would have made some noise.
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'

Well, actually no. A Catholic school could easily punish me for such a display, and I'd have no legal recourse, since it is a private school. In a public school, however, I could make however big a stink about violating my right to religious expression I care to. Hell, I'd get a bunch of my friends together and we could all don hooded cloaks during the "moment of silence" and chant in some demonic-sounding (yet ficticious) language until they decide that maybe it's really not possible to respect all religions, so they shouldn't try and respect religion at all.

What about the minute of silence for things like "Remembrance Day" (ie moment of silence on Nov.11th to remember war dead)? Personally, I follow it as I believe in its purpose, but I guess others might have a valid argument about not having it in schools.

I'd actually recommend praying to Cthulhu, begging that he eat the Christians first and save you for last.

that was what I was thinking. I have actually toyed with going into an FCA meeting wearing robes and a braile copy of the necronomicon and trying to summon the Cthulu(that way I can wear a blindfold and avoid the insanity)

Why not just insist that, since the FCA is allowed to use your school's facilities for prayer, that you should be able to use the school's facilities (like the gym or a classroom) to try and raise Cthulhu? If they don't let you, then start screaming about religious discrimination. Cthulhu has been around much longer than Christianity. Just make sure to get a bunch of your friends together and make it a public display where everyone can see it. You want the parents to find out and put pressure on the school so they're forced to disallow you from trying to raise Cthulhu. Then you can just go from there.
