On other sites I've heard a big fuss about her being really, really anti-gun. Though considering the fact alot of people spewing that shite are peppering it with racist bullshit and much of the fuss about her being anti-gun comes from (what I've heard) the NRA which has a vested interest in gun owners being scared and panic buying every evil black assault weapon and extended clip they can lay hands on I'm taking it with a metric fuck-ton of salt.

She might well be anti-gun but hell its not like the last guy wasn't anti-gun as fuck too and gun owners survived that despite that fuck literally arming Mexican cartels and guns owners somehow getting the blame for it apparently (fuck if I know if thats true either, I know the F&F part is true but I don't know if they tried to shift blame to gun owners).

The fact is for stupid gun owners (I'm not referring to all gun owners here as stupid, just the actually dumb ones which are probably a very tiny minority of gun owners) anyone with a D beside there name is anti-gun, anyone with any liberal leanings is anti-gun. I've been accused of being anti-gun because I said I'm all for gay marriage and helping out the poor (by arming them, not really).

The only Democrat nutter gunners actually gave the benefit of a doubt was Joe Manchin and he just proved them right to be wary by actually trying to pass some anti-gun (or anti-rights as people like to say now, funny how some of the same people don't see the irony when they are against the right to marry) shit.

Nobody tried to blame gun owners for Fast & Furious, that's just the usual paranoid ramblings you hear in those circles. As someone who enjoys shooting trap and skeet, I feel your pain of trying to suss out legitimate info amid all the right-wing political bullshit. The sad part is that by peddling conspiracy theories left and... well maybe just right, gun owners are ensuring that Millenials do not take up an interest in shooting and over time guaranteeing that the restrictions on gun ownership and use they're so afraid of will come to pass. Probably the most blatant self-fulfilling prophecy that exists today.
