What kind of aircraft is that? I see it only has four throttle controls, so it can't be a B-52

KC-135R, probably. I got it off of SB, it said it was a KC-135 though not which varient (probably the -R, since the USAF has been re-engining their fleet).

As to the "Bunker Defeat Munition", you'd have a hard time obtaining one from anywhere other than US war reserve stocks. They didn't procure many, and they're only taken out for a war- like now.

What are those square white "shrouds" on all sides of the vehicles?
What is that rectangular "thingamajig" near the front sight of the M-16 carried by some of the troops?

I'd have to say some sort of highly IR reflective material to tell Coalition
aircraft "hey, here I am, I'm a friendly, oh god don't shoot me!"
