In the spirit of the season...
Which is your favourite type of chocolate?
Mine is dark. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Nummy.

I don't eat much chocolate, but I currently prefer any variant except for milk chocolate.
I particularly like dark chocolate.
(funnily enough, it was the opposite when I was younger)

*grins* Yes, dear, only one. 'Favourite' would indicate one, although, if it makes you feel better you can say that if I wasn't so evil, you'd have picked 'any and all types of chocolate' as your favourite.Tsyroc wrote:Zaia wrote:Which is your favourite type of chocolate?

Okay, I picked milk chocolate but I like dark almost as well. White chocolate is pretty good for a change but not as good as the other two.
By the way, has anyone had the misfortune of eating cooking chocolate without cooking it in anything? Ack

Bah, I'm a Godiva girl myself.Stormbringer wrote:Any chocolate from Ghiradellis.
Eeep, I can't eat baking chocolate; the closest I get to that is semi-sweet. If I'm that desperate for chocolate, I'll make a run for it.
PS--Guess what, guys? This is my first poll EVER! How cool is that! Yay.
Oh, and extra lovin' to whoever picks up on the reference in the last poll option.

Dark...sometimes a little spicy(when they add a hint of chili powder).
Or sometimes bitter...but at times sweet.
And oh yes Truffles
And then they have them with a bit of flavor but hidden so it only comes out when it melts..
And oh yes Milk is always good for a snack....
And...oh wait I'm rambling...

ROTF!!!! "Please don't kill my antelope?!" I'm going to have to go look that up now...Zoink wrote:I tried google, but the closest thing I found was a poem "Please don't kill my antelope" by Rick WaltonZaia wrote:Oh, and extra lovin' to whoever picks up on the reference in the last poll option.
(Ok, mods, I'm really not trying to hijack my own thread, this is just too funny to not post. He had it TRANSLATED!! Bwahahaha...)
Please Don't Kill My Antelope
Please don't kill my antelope,
He hasn't bothered you.
He hasn't kicked you in the shin
Or spit inside your shoe.
He hasn't bitten off your nose
Or stomped on your rear end.
Please don't kill my antelope,
My antelope's my friend.
And now, thanks to Alberto Jose Miyara, Argentina, who translated the poem, "Please Don't Kill My Antelope" in Spanish.
No Te Metas Con Mi Antelope
No te metas con mi antelope,
que no te hizo ningun mal.
No se tomo tu bebida,
no se comio tu cereal.
No hizo sus necesidades
en el frente de tu casa,
y cuando hiciste una pizza
no hundio la pata en la masa.
No lo insultes ni le pegues,
o te las veras conmigo
No te metas con mi antelope,
mi antelope es mi amigo.
No, it's a fairly obscure line from a fantastico stand-up comedian. There are a handful of people here who will probably get it...I think.

All this talk about chocolate encourage me to eat the last of the Weiss chocolate that one of my co-workers gave me for Christmas. It's from the "Freedom" region of Europe and unfortunately the only piece I had left have a tint of orange flavoring to them

"Choclates! Icky!! Bad!!" - Me at the age of 3
Fortunately I grew out of that phase. From what my parents tell me I refused to eat chocolates when I was small because of the dark colour. I can't believe I was ever like that.

Say, do you want it to be a threesome with your wife? Or a foursome with your wife and sister-in-law? I'm up for either.
