I'm waiting for a reboot of Keeping Up Appearences, with Bucket being a UKIP town councillor.
Or Goodnight Sweetheart, except this time he teleports back to Afghanistan.
The Bill, but set in the outer Hebridies

That would actually be kind of awesome. Although I can't quite see Hyacinth as a 'Kipper; Farage is too much of a vulgar Bullingdon Club type for her sensibilities.Dartzap wrote:I'm waiting for a reboot of Keeping Up Appearences, with Bucket being a UKIP town councillor.

They're actually doing a prequel for Keeping up Appearances right now, aren't they? Or maybe it was a TV movie/miniseries, not sure... but it's based sometime in the late 40s or 50s, something like that?Dartzap wrote:I'm waiting for a reboot of Keeping Up Appearences, with Bucket being a UKIP town councillor.

They did a bunch of unnecessary sequels/remakes/recasted continuations for the anniversary of sitcoms recently, IIRC.Elheru Aran wrote:They're actually doing a prequel for Keeping up Appearances right now, aren't they?
