2. History Channel

5. Daily Show, Dennis Miller Live, Simpsons, and Crankyankers. OH OH WAIT .....LAW AND ORDER!!!

Most else I don't give a shit cause they suck.

There's some good stuff on TV, and I watch stuff like The Simpsons and the news when I can. Also, I have a PS2 and GameCube, as well as a VCR and DVD player. You need a TV for those to be of any use.

However, there are two things I cannot stand:

Commercials- Just about all of them are annoying as hell, many are overplayed, and I don't give a shit about the products they sell.

Reality TV: I don't watch any of it, but I do find it sad that they have so many viewers. Hopefully, people are getting tired of them, and the networks will soon switch back to good TV shows.

I utterly despise "reality" programming and talk shows. I'm not a big fan of sitcoms or game shows either, but I don't actively hate them.

I barely watch anything anymore:

Buffy
Angel
Whatever's on Anime Invasion
Futurama
Kenshin
Stargate SG-1
Inuyasha
Adult Swim (dependant on how late I'm willing to stay up)

With Buffy and possibly Angel leaving this season, the only live-action show I'll be watching is SG1.

I've recently become hooked on Home Movies on Adult Swim. It's just so perfect. :mrgreen:

What really pisses me off is this fucker called Davie Dickinson. He presents a lunch time antiques show called Bargin Hunt. He annoys the shit outta me and i want to kill him. He is the apitomey of my low when i was unemployed.

I quit watching TV a few weeks ago and my life couldn't have gotten better, I went out, and decided to lose some weight, and amazingly got laid, with one girl and then another and another. I don't know I guess I didn't consider myself that attractive, but when i started talking to girls they sorta opened up, and it became really easy to do after drinking some rum. I've been going to parties every weekend, getting half drunk and laid.

Only reason I watch TV now is the war, yesterday I saw a Cobra Helicopter blow the hell out of an Iraqi building with multiple rockets, was one of the greatest sites I've seen on TV in years.

I also watch Stargste SG-1, and used to watch Farscape.

TV doesn't piss me off because I almost never watch it.

TV execs, on the other hand, infuriate me.

Take, for example, Invader Zim. Got the series from a friend, only to find out that was it; Zim had been cancelled and the chance for more material stands at about zero. Then there's "The Critic"... rediscovered that show through the internet, only to learn it had only lasted two seasons.

What drives me nuts is that gold material gets scrapped after a couple of seasons but total shit like Voyager gets a run of seven years.

Some of the commercials piss me off too. How I long to take that drippy, noisy Carl's Junior burger from the guy eating it and screw it up his nose while I have him in a head lock.
The Carl's junior ads bug me too. For some reason the dripping burgers annoys me.


Oh forgot to add, that the late night infomercials annoy me even though I sometimes watch them. "YOU CAN MAKE MONEY WITH NO MONEY DOWN USING MY SYSTEM. JUST SEND ME 30 DOLLARS AND I WILL TELL YOU HOW!"

I agree. Infomercials are annoying. However, commercials just as annoying play during prime time (Those feminine hygeine product commercials, those commercials with the crappy music, shit like that). Can't they find any other way to make money?

Since I don't have cable and my parents are well, prudish, I rent videos instead. Just watched Reptilicus, Mr Smith goes to Washington and Bakshi's patheticLord of the Rings, a movie which made me yearn for Rankin-Bass....
