Nope, FNC and CNN have both reported Iraqi usage of civilians (women and children) as human shields.

They also have been taking conscripts and holding their families hostage to make them fight.

Well, one assumes that when they move into civilian quarters, they are intending to use civilians - men, women, and children - as cover.

OK, let's end this question. British officials (MOD minister, more exactly) have already apologised for the use of the term "executed", in face of indications from military authorities that the British soldiers were ambushed. This matter is closed.
