It was my intetion to be the sole prosecutor of Kyp, but I will share if necessary.

In addition to Terrorism, and Genocide, I'd like to bring him up on pedophilia (hitting on Jaina before she was legal), U/A under the UCMJ for the acts of Kyp's Dozen, Vigilantiesm (sp?) for a number of acts, Assault (Qwi Xux), Forging of an official Statement under the UCMJ (Rebirth), and attempting to splinter the Jedi Order (that has to be something)

Probably going overboard, but I really hate the guy.

And while we are on the subject, can we try KJA for crimes against humanity?

I have a couple of more thoughts: Is Anakin being tried for Treason against the Empire... or Treason against the Jedi? In addition, this case will be much more difficult, as the full extent of Vader's crimes are not anywhere close to being known.

As for the Kyp trial, I think we need to *shudder tap the Lit. boards at TFN for defense attorneys. There are a fair amount of Kyp fans there. Also are we going to allow "possesion" as a defense, and need to prove he was still accountable for his own actions, or will that excuse be thrown out the window?

A few more suggestions:
Wedge Antilles: Crimes of Passion (revenge for the destruction of Gus Teta Station)
Grd Adm. Thrawn: Misappropriation of Imperial Resources in the Unknown Regions/Espionage (the tech sharing), traitor to the Chiss?

This is not Star-Trek, The Gee I was possesed by an Evil Alien Entitiy Defense does not work. Remeber though Kyp was fighting Kum when he faced down Han, NOW-WHERE do we see or hear him when he tried to blow up Daala or killed his Brother, Nor when he Assult Qui
Dimised Sapeince is thier name for Temporary Insanity and that does not work either because he sure as heck was not crazy

And I think Lando should be tried for violating anti-trust laws by creating numerous corporate monopolies (like the one on Nkllon, or his Gem Diver Station).
