With the loss of Palpatine, vader, the DS2, and SSD Executor at Endor, The Empire fell leading to the rise of the New Republic.
I assume not all ISD were destroyed or retreated and regrouped to form the Imperial Remnant.
If some ISDs surrendered or were captured intact, what became of them?
Incorporated under the new Republic Navy, or just decommissioned for scrap?

They were given refits (TIE racks removed to allow more space for X wings and what not, Tractor bemas removed, Proton torpedo launchers installed) and then sent out to kick ass. These refitted ISDs are Rebel class Star Destroyers (most people call them Republic clas, this is wrong, the Republic class is a totally different ship)

Most of them were refitted for service under the Republic. We saw one attempting a BDZ-type operation in the early stages of the YV Invasion.
However, the NR seemed to prefer procuing Mon Calamari warships of similar tonnage as as well SD-type ships produced by Rendili Stardrives (Republic, Defender).
