At the summer equinox of last year, a major earthquake shakes Greece, causing landslides, small tsunamis and a number of islands to crack like eggs. Millions of dragonteeth spills out into the seabed silt. Much as Jason had found at Colchis, the dragonteeth seeds, once buried for a short while, sprout into full sized animated skeletons. For a period of a month, every day roughly a million skeletons will sprout in the shallow seas between greek islands and start walking to shore.

The skeletons are intelligent, independently minded and as organised as a bunch of humans would be. One in ten is a leader. All are aggressive and full of antipathy for the EU. They arrive carrying a sword and shield but are capable of learning and using any tool modern humans use in the same amount of time. The magic force holding them together will work until the spine is destroyed, and any bones with a gap of less then 3cm between them will remain animated and 'solid'. They are unaffected by moving under water.
What happens?

Teach them how to use nukes...by nuking them. It's only Greece after all.

New Olympic event: Demolition derby. Massive blunt force trauma is good against bone-baddies. Skeletons armed with... garden tools and lawn furniture vs angry Greek drivers? No contest.

it does suggest that the greek tanks would be able to just roll over them until they eventually run out of petrol.
Domestic cars? expect them to be wrecked or hijacked by skeletons then wrecked in a day or two. Driving into things without driving into walls is hard.
