Pacific Rim Anime, Altered Carbon, More, coming to Netflix

A number of awesome properties have been picked up by Netflix

Aside from Pacific Rim (which apparently takes place during the first war) and Carbon, there's also "Cagaster of an Insect Cage" a post-apoc world, "Yasuke," a Japanese magic-mecha fantasy starring and named after a historical black samurai, and Trese, a filipino fantasy of mythical creatures living in hiding among humans.

That sounds like a lineup worth checking out once it drops.
