Will there be any change with the new Palestinian Prime Minister?
I'm not too optimistic. Could be, but there was supposed to be a whole lot of improvement after the 1993 Oslo accords, and initially there was, until Yigal Amir assassinated Yitzhak Rabin and things went to shit. The initial setting right now is several degrees worse than it was in 1993.
Likely nothing will change, except maybe for the worse.
