Found this waaay back on Planet Namek before the website tanked.

As a fan of the manga but not the anime, I think it's a fucking hilarious summary of how the American version of the show plays out. I think you'll like it whether you love/hate the show; it's too true either way.

Yeah, I remember seeing this. Wow.
What happened to Planet Namek BTW? I used to go there quite a bit.

PN died for two reasons:
1. Even long after they dumped most of their bandwidth-heavy content, the site was still too expensive to maintain.
2. The authors and administrators of the site started to loose interest in DB sometime ago.
So they pulled the plug at least a year ago.

"And besides, who cares if a monster destroys Australia?"
Planetnamek's founders, Skullmac and MrE, were getting jacked repeatedly by hosts. They lost several thousand dollars in the process of finding a stable home for the website, and eventually gave up. They've been gone for over a year now, and this site is now the place where old PN forum members hang out.
"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

That's too bad. PN had a lot of pretty cool information. Regularly visited it back when I was into DBZ (this was during the Saiyajin and Frieza sagas on CN).
