I wouldn't expect too much to change. Mike doesn't have much invested in the board anymore other than making sure the server stays up, and he's the only one who can really do anything at a fundamental level IIRC other than maybe Dalton.

No change, I'm still not getting e-mails.

And yes, I've also re-re-re-started the Security Certificate Exception tango again... How often should these things expire, anyway? I always thought they were all supposed to be annual, but it's only been a few months since the last time.

E-mails are not just working again, I'm now able to log in from clicking on the link in the e-mail. Excellent!

Correction to the above; the e-mail I replied to a few hours ago worked — and still works — to log me in. The e-mail I replied to a few minutes ago didn't; the username/password boxes in the login page were empty. And I can't see any structural difference in the two URL links.

He's using LetsEncrypt, they typically provide guidance on auto rotating certs.

Was reading through some old threads in the Star Wars forum, specifically this one:

And when I clicked on one page, I got a message saying:

"Deceptive site ahead

Attackers on raptr.com may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, or credit cards). Learn more"

I haven't seen that warning or any like it anywhere else to my recollection, apparently raptr is a defunct gaming app as per Google but its not one I recall downloading at any time. Could be my computer being compromised in some way, I suppose, but figured I'd give the mods a heads up just in case.

Not sure there's a problem here, but things were... different when I logged in today. Instead of just asking me for my user name and password, it asked for my email, then sent me a new password.

I changed it again as soon as I logged in, just in case this wasn't legit and someone was trying to get my password, though I don't really have any reason to believe that to be the case Anyway, just wondering if the login protocol had changed, or if there was a reason why the board emailed me a new password, since I don't see any announcement about the login system having been changed.

I certainly got nothing like that I just entered my login details and got in just fine. I even checked my e-mail if I got something I've missed and there was nothing (well nothing from this site that is there was a whole lot of other things but those are irrelevant atm).
