According to the novelization of AotC, Jango was the last Mandalorian. The Mandalorians being a mercenary type organization that was wipped out of exsistence by the JEDI some time before AotC. It is possible that Lucas will have the Mandalorians come out of the woodwork for Ep III, but more likely he has ended that particular tangent in SW. I like the Fetts too, but Boba was a secondary character in the OT and it is only because of the fans (IMHO) that you got Jango in the prequels.Boba Fett wrote:No they won't. Jango has nothing to do with them, he's just wearing a mandalorian armor.

They say, "the tree of liberty must be watered with the blood of tyrants and patriots." I suppose it never occurred to them that they are the tyrants, not the patriots. Those weapons are not being used to fight some kind of tyranny; they are bringing them to an event where people are getting together to talk. -Mike Wong
But as far as board culture in general, I do think that young male overaggression is a contributing factor to the general atmosphere of hostility. It's not SOS and the Mess throwing hand grenades all over the forum- Red

I didn't remember it was mentioned in the novelization.
Till that time only the EU mentioned the mandalorians, in a totally different age.
Lucas "fixed" that problem again...

Maybe the jedi find out that Palpy is sidious, and they lead the clone troopers in storming the senate halls trying to get to palpy. only they fail and the galaxy turns against them, branding the jedi and clones traitors.
This would give palpy enough power to form the empire and begin the jedi purges. he can then get some of his own clones and make them and some dark jedi cause alot trouble with the civilian population and blame it the jedi, causing more dissent with the people of the empire/republic
