Recommendations for AM5 CPU Cooler

I'm rebuilding my desktop computer and am looking for advice/suggestions/recommendations for a good cpu cooler for AMD slot AM5. Open to both air and water cooling options.

Here's what it will have:
Motherboard - ASUS X670E-E ROG Strix Gaming WiFi AMD AM5
CPU - Ryzen 7 7700X Raphael AM5 4.5GHz 8-Core (did not include a cpu cooler)
Video Card - EVGA SSC GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming Dual-Fan 6GB GDDR5
Power supply - Thermaltake Toughpower 850 Watt 80 Plus Platinum Modular

I just put one of these in mine (AMD slot AM4, but it has fittings for AM5 as well) and it's keeping the CPU (Ryzen 5 3600) quite cool.

I see my mistake now. Paladin says it didn't come with a cooler.

Though that doesn't change things much. I still suggest going with whatever is cheapest wherever Paladin is buying from, unless there is something wrong with that cheap cooler.

I would grab a Thermalright Phantom Spirit, it's the successor to the well-known Peerless Assassin and does the job as well as you'll need unless you're going for an extreme overclock.
