I think that the point is to limit these trials to SW and ST. You might be able to do this in OT.

Incidentally, Kafka should survive this case, citing artistic license. He created Samsa, he can do whatever he wants with Samsa. And the whole story might have been a nightmare, besides.

A few thoughts:

1) We need an unbiased judge. As good as anyone here thinks they can do, I think wee need a person who is not a Wars fan. I propose grabbing a Fiver or someone to act as judge, particularily with the Kyp case. Come on, is anyt Wars fan really going to give a KJA character a fair shake?

2) I still thnk we need to tap other warsie boards for Defenders and prosecuters.

3) I propose feeding to Fluffy, Geonosian style, as opposed to hanging.

I can treat Kyp impartially as judge, despite his status as KJA character. I think I can find the time, but since school's started (ugh...American school), I won't be able to monitor in real-time.

I'll be handeling all crimes ranging from the time after he is caught the first time up untill the end of Dark-Saber

They inculded

-Stealing the Sun-Crusher yet agian from under Jedi Master Skywalkers care and subsquently putting it in danager of Capture from both Daala and the Maw Scientists who I remind you we wanted alive
-Murdering Innocent Imperial Citizins during the rally along with putting several planets in danger as a result and he is directly to blaim for the Destruction of Dorsk 81s Home world(Name needed, I forget it) and the subsquent launching of the Raids into NR Teratory
Remeber he cause them to launch there attack days earily and then instead of heading to Courscant and warning the main fleets he instead headed to Yavin 4.

I have not read NJ so I don't know of his actions then but the case can be made very crealrly that for the second theft of the SC and the Raids into NR space are on his head
