F. Goblet of Fire -- for which this story is named. The Goblet of Fire was the demonic entity which chose the Champion of each school for the Triwizard Tournament. The demon was inside a "great wooden chest encrusted with jewels". When the Goblet of Fire was used, it arose out of an old casket. [Page 253-255] I find it highly interesting that the Satanic/Freemason symbol of the casket is used in the story.

During the Initiation ceremony, a candidate -- naked -- is placed into a coffin, symbolic of his death to self, to his old life, and most importantly, to his old values and attitudes. When the proper ritual is said, the Master reaches into the coffin to clasp the hand of the candidate, to "raise him to newness of life". The candidate suddenly feels an exaltation that is deeply spiritual; he is said to have been "Born Again". This is the reason former President George Bush could claim being Born Again, when he clearly was Skull & Bones, one of the blackest of the black Satanic secret societies.

I find it extremely interesting that Rowling retained the role of the coffin in this storyline.

How the fuck does he link a this satanic coffin and the goblet of fire. No-one is ever placed in the GoF, only bits of paper. his only link seems to be that they were both carried around in bits of wood!

I always find it hilarious that they pick on Harry's behavior towards Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon, while ignoring or even condoning the couple's efforts to physically and mentally abuse the youth.
