Could someone go over there and smack him? I'm not a big ST vs. SW debater, so you guys are better at it.

Incidentally, I love the guy who claims that the "ion cannon" in SC must be as powerful as the one in SW, because the appearance is roughly similar. Never mind the fact that the ion cannon in SW is substantially larger. Never mind that we never actually see the ion cannon in SC fire. Never mind that the other weapons in SC are significantly less powerful than the weapons in SW. That is a classic, logically challenged individual. Parity in one thing does not automatically equate to parity in all else.

Oh, now the guy claims that SC wraiths would be able to take out the DS in the manner of Luke in ANH.

Also, wait till you read the arguments that the Enterprise would kill an ISD, and that a borg cube will kill it by ramming it.

And how is it that a fighter with blasters and a proton torpedo could take out the shields on a SUPER star destroyer and then just have a little fighter ram the comand deck crippling it. Also what do you mean their shields don't have a frequency. Its made of energy isnt it?

Does anyone know the power of phasers anyway? I mean if it can cut through kilometers of solid rock and get to the magma its gotta have some kind of punch to it.
