What exactly is child porn?

What is the definition of it? Is it kids having sex with other kids or adults? And what constitutes it? If you took a picture of your baby having a bath in the sink would that be it?

Pictures of naked children in sexual situations are usually considered child porn. Pictures of naked children NOT in sexual situations but clandestinely taken without parental consent are usually also considered child porn, or at least a very good justification to beat the living shit out of the fucking perv.

Seems to be a visual depiction of a minor in a sexually explicit act.

And for the other question, no a picture of your baby in the sink would not be it if the purpose is not explicitly sexual.

It's the photographic or videographic depiction of someone under the legal age (usually eighteen) in a sexually suggestive position while naked, or participating in a sexual act, or bearing witness to a sexual act.

Exceptions: Very small children (infants) in natural positions (bathing, being changed, etc.) does not constitute pornography. Also, nudist colonies are incapable of producing child porn. (This law varies from state to state.)
