Anyone Still Play "Elite Force"?

Post by Lord Poe »

I put the game back on my 'puter because I'm doing a graphic novel-fanfic-comic with it. I began playing a few levels again to pass the time. Not a bad game. What are the best mods for this?

Whilst I have no mods, I'd like to mention that I still play it, and I too am looking for mods.

I bought it....completed it that night and returned it in the morning.

I never got very far in it. At the 1st oppertunity i went to the weapons locker stocked up and went wild on the crew. If you can't shoot Janeway it's no fun.

Nice to see I'm not the only one with that Idea - though I'm thinking of using UT. Now all i need is some spare time... so sometime next year then. :)

I own it but I find Jedi Outcast to be superior. I never could find a server without extraordinary lag, too.

I think that UT is probably better for modding than any Raven Software game, given the relative lack of tools for the Q3 engine games. UT original, on the other hand, includes what you need to create most of the stuff and you don't need extra programs to create PAKs or WADs.

The main reason I chose it was because I already had it and there is a huge range of skins out there, plus mod tool support. That and it is cheap as hell. :D
