Yes, the Internet is a festering pile of fecal yellow cheesy like stuff in places, with sites such as rotten.com, shitxxx.com, etc. I've been around it (although not recently, I'll admit) and seen some shit (and other stuff too).

I wonder if there's some kind of pride in being able to list those web sites containing sick and outrageous material?
