How is the date on a speech "central to his presentation?"
I can't prove that he lied merely that he has facts flat out wrong.
Please see first post, which you apparently did not read. Do these charges substantively alter any of the points he makes? If not, then they qualify as nitpicks. See "red herring fallacy".

Ask Interpol. They have less access to the source data than StatsCan does, so there's no reason to assume that their data is more accurate.
What is StatsCan and what are there statistics if I might add?
StatsCan is Statistics Canada, which collates all Canadian statistics (perhaps the most redundant sentence I have ever written). The link was in the previous post.

"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."- General Sir Charles Napier

Because he attempts to use that speech as evidence that the NRA was out capitalize on the Columbine tragedy. And further more portray them as an organization that would actually encourage gun crimes.

Also it's about the violence of US culture compared to the rest of the world yet he gives statistics that are wrong. He then uses those statistics in a decpetive manner to further his point.

Some of them do indeed invalidate major points he's trying to make. Plus the ludicruois KKK sequence is a case of him using innuendo to slander an organization with out explicitly lying.
