Music Genre?

Post by Nathan F »

What is your favorite music genre?

I personally enjoy a little bit of everything, from classical orchestra to hard rock to honky tonk country.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

I like smooth jazz (not included in your poll), baroque symphony music (Bach, Handel, etc.), and classic rock.

Country/Western? :D

As for me, it's Classical/Orchestral/Soundtrack all the way. Only a LIMITED number of lyrical songs that I enjoy actually exist.

I seem to go through phases with music. I guess that's why I don't buy a lot of CD's. As of late I've been into a kind of Latin mood.

I like some of all of that, so I can't pick just one. Sorry.

Well, I like other genres too (classic rock, alternative, techno, classical, jazz/blues, 80s, modern, etc...), but video game music is by far my favourite. That and video game remixes from OverClocked ReMix.

Of the 1300+ MP3s I have, I'd say that roughly half of them were VG/OCR, while the other half being composed of anime, 80s, and miscelaneous.

I'll have to make an index sometime...

Classic rock; I really dislike most heavy metal, esp. Metallica (that's right, flame me you Metallica-loving dogs).

Well, I like classic rock, some of the hard rock stuff, and perhaps some classical music. The other genres have a few good songs, though.

Your avatar? Actually HAVING the support of a female in regards to liking the type of music I do (something I routinely and without fail have managed to strike out on in real life...)?

But, semi-seriously, the more votes the better. Makes it look good. :)
