MP3 Question

I just downloaded the entire "Gladiator" soundtrack and it is freggin' awesome!

Anyway, it is the album in one big file instead of instead of individual tracks. How can I make into smaller tracks? Can I edit it so I have many instead of the big one? What program should I use?
